Job Description

The Role:

As a  Business Development Representative (BDR) in the  Facilities & Operations Tech space , you will play a critical role in driving  new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. This role is designed for individuals eager to break into tech sales, with a strong focus on  outbound prospecting cold outreach , and building a career path toward Account Executive and beyond.

You will be responsible for :

  • Making outbound calls, sending personalized emails, and using LinkedIn to connect with prospective customers.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Researching target companies and identifying the right stakeholders.
  • Keeping CRM records organized and managing active pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or startup experience, ideally within Facilities management firms.
  • You are excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
  • You are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to exceed targets.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are coachable, positive, and eager to grow into a tech sales career.
  • You bring prior exposure to Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Brokers (a strong plus)
