Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role in Colonial Beach, VA for a Wedding Coordinator. Responsibilities include bridal tours, planning wedding events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of ceremonies and receptions. The Wedding Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for couples and their vendors, manage event timelines, and provide exceptional customer service to create unforgettable experiences. Additional duties may include collaborating with the winery team to maintain event standards and resolve any day‑of challenges.
