About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the strategic development and execution of its marketing initiatives. This executive will be responsible for transitioning the marketing operations to a data-driven, scalable model, while maintaining the brand's core values of authenticity and community connection. The role involves overseeing all aspects of brand development, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, creative production, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a strategic and creative leader with a proven track record in scaling consumer-facing, digitally native brands, particularly within the activewear, lifestyle, or beauty sectors. They should be adept at influencer and creator marketing, social and digital media strategy, and community-led brand growth, and be able to combine creative vision with analytical discipline. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have 8-12 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in consumer lifestyle, apparel, or beauty sectors. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on, empathetic leadership style, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor and lead in-house media and creative teams. Responsibilities include designing and managing influencer and creator partnership strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred, and must be adept at analyzing consumer insights and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
