What to expect in this role on a given day:

Demand for CSI Power BI reporting around the globe continues to grow. In this role, you will help support stakeholders, develop Power BI reports, and work with the team to continue to meet increased demand. In addition, this position will serve as backup to the US & Canada Portfolio Management Department.

• Data Visualization : Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data insights.
• Data Modelling : Develop and maintain data models that support business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and tailor BI solutions accordingly.
• Data Management : Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure datasets are clean and ready for analysis.
• Performance Optimization : Troubleshoot performance issues and implement necessary updates or enhancements to the BI system.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively utilize Power BI tools and reports
• Commissions: Serve as backup to assist in US and Canada commissions calculation and administration

You will be a good fit for this position if you have:

• Strong Excel knowledge including data table, Pivot Tables, or Vlookups
• Understanding of complex Excel formulas
• Strong mathematical skills with understanding of financial calculations
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Ability to independently research how to solve a problem in Excel or other software
• Strong CSI business knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science related field (preferred)
