Patient Recruiter Specialist

Phoenix, AZ $18.50-$22.00 per hour

IMA Clinical Research , a division of The IMA Group , is seeking a motivated Patient Recruiter Specialist to support patient enrollment for ongoing clinical research studies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies
• Conduct outbound calls using screening scripts
• Schedule and coordinate screening appointments
• Engage patients professionally via phone and email
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to internal teams
• Collaborate closely with clinical research staff

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or call center environments
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Clinical research, healthcare, psychology, or medical experience preferred
