We are launching a new food concept centered around masa-based fried chicken, burgers, chicken wings, and modern Mexican comfort food, and we’re looking for the right partner to invest and help grow the brand.
This is an active build-out / growth opportunity, not a passive role. Ideal for an experienced operator, chef-partner, or hospitality investor who wants equity and long-term upside.

Partnership Option
We are offering 40% equity in the company under one of the following structures:
Option 1 – Equity Buy-In
$50,000 investment to cover startup and initial operating costs
Equity split: 60% Founder / 40% Partne
Option 2 – Lower Buy-In + Operating Support
$25,000 initial investment
Partner contributes to weekly operating costs
Equity split: 60% Founder / 40% Partner
Ideal Partner
- Experience in restaurants, QSR, or food concepts (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable investing and being involved in growth decisions
- Strong operational, culinary, or business background
- Long-term mindset (this is a brand-building opportunity)
