Ecolab, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: Starting at 17.00

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and tend various cutting or forming machine tools or robots.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and measure for accuracy using measuring instruments.
• Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Adjust machines as necessary to ensure proper operation and quality standards.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on machines, including changing worn accessories and lubricating equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
