Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd shift

Location: Carroll, IA

Pay Range: $19.50/hr 2nd shift 
3rd shift - $20.00/hr 

2 nd Shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.), 3rd Shift (10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.)

What's the Job?

• Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Understand and follow quality testing techniques to maintain product standards.
• Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring instruments.
• Must be comfortable with Math -Decimals 

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; entry-level position.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
