• City, State: Columbia, South Carolina
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Primary location at 1801 Main Street).
• Contract Status: Contract (Staff Augmentation).
• Interview Mode: Initial Video interview; secondary interview(s) via Video or In-person.
• Team Environment: Collaborative team of 10; Business Casual dress code.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

The Project Lead is responsible for the health, customization, and growth of the SCSM and Cireson platforms.

1. System Center Administration & Automation

• SCSM Leadership: Implement and configure Service Manager request offerings, service offerings, and connectors. Administer Changes, Incidents, and Services.
• Orchestrator Workflows: Create, maintain, and update System Center Orchestrator workflows using PowerShell to drive agency automation.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SCSM and other components like SCCM and SCOM.

2. Cireson Portal Management

• Web Customization: Maintain and update the Cireson Web Portal .
• Development: Perform JavaScript administration to add custom configurations and fulfill specific service requests.
• Maintenance: Handle all patching and software updates for Cireson products.

3. Server & Network Infrastructure

• Server Admin: Manage Windows Server patching, maintenance, and security.
• Identity Management: Administer users and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID .
• Database Support: Provide basic SQL Server support specifically for the System Center suite.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets HIPAA and CDC network infrastructure standards.

• Languages: JavaScript, PowerShell (5.1 or newer), HTML, XML, and T-SQL.
• Reporting: Working knowledge of PowerBI for metric visualization.
• Domain: Previous experience with healthcare-related IT requirements.
• Certifications: Microsoft Server Administration Certifications.
