The Facilities Manager III oversees facility maintenance and asset management strategy across national portfolio of automotive dealerships. This role is responsible for optimizing building systems, driving vendor performance, and implementing preventive maintenance programs that ensure operational uptime, regulatory compliance, and long-term cost efficiency. This individual brings deep facilities expertise, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to scale best practices across diverse geographies. This position plays a critical role in the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of national maintenance programs and partners closely with corporate stakeholders and field teams to elevate facilities performance enterprise wide. The Facilities Manager III serves as the team leader for the Facilities Department, providing strategic and operational direction while guiding team members in the execution of departmental initiatives and ensuring all facilities are maintained to Asbury standardsAsbury Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
