Job Description

Our client is a private equity backed technical, field services company. The company offers a range of services to building owners that are technical in nature, through a branch based network and are a market leader in their space. Theyre well positioned for continued expansion, which will be driven both organically and through a more aggressive M&A strategy. Backed by a leading private equity firm, the CFO will play a critical role in their growth and success over the next several years. This role will work at both a strategic level, helping to influence the direction of the company but also in a handson capacity, working closely with employees in the field.

Must have experience

• Have a proven track record as a CFO or VP, Finance experience, preferably from another private equity backed field-based services business. Experience working in a business model with a highly dispersed workforce comparable in size is critical.
• Demonstrated experience in closing and integrating acquisitions in collaboration with advisors and stakeholders.
• Strong IT orientation and capable of overseeing the completion of ERP implementation, driving automation through technology and advancement of the companys technology roadmap.
• Experience in a successful private equity backed business, with a track record of growth and success ideally leading to a successful exit.
• MBA and CPA highly preferred.
• Have been part of a strong growth story.
• Is a great leader of people and communicator to all levels of an organization.
