Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track employee time off and maintain employee files Assist in other administrative and accounting tasks, as required. We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper up to 20 hours per week to help our expanding operation. Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities: Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions. Maintain the chart of accounts, and post journal entries as directed. Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements as necessary. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track employee time off and maintain employee files Assist in other administrative and accounting tasks, as required. We would like the majority of the 20 hours per week to be at our office in Horsham, PA. Working from home would be an option for up to 25% of the time worked. We are flexible with days and hours in the office, but it would have to be between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday. Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills: Developing Standards Analyzing Information Dealing with Complexity Reporting Research Results Data Entry Skills Accounting Payroll experience a plus 401k experience a plus Attention to Detail Confidentiality Thoroughness Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Previous bookkeeping experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required Experience in working with multiple legal entities a plus Quickbooks Enterprise Experience a PLUS!
